How do I put it on my iPhone?
  1. On newer iOS: download in Safari, open the file in Files, tap Share, then “Use as Ringtone” if it’s offered. Keep it to 30 seconds.
  2. With a Mac: download the M4R, connect the iPhone, open it in Finder and drag the file onto the General tab.
  3. With Windows: drag the M4R onto the Tones section in iTunes or the Apple Devices app.
  4. With GarageBand: import the file into a project, then Share › Ringtone.
